App store????

A friend of mine has the droid x and there is an app called cigarmonster that he downloaded, when i tried to look for it there was no app.

So my question is are there different apps in the app store for different phones? or is there a way to update the app store?

Are you rooted. And what phone /rom are you using if so. Some roms screw with the app store. Like my mlb application does not show up for some of the first tb rom builds.

It's stock rom if you are not rooted. Ya can't think of anything else unless you got some type of over the air update.
