App Question

In the screenshot below, of running apps, what's the weather app? The only weather app I'm using is accuweather, but I don't have it running so I don't know where this app is getting started from?

That is the weather service for the Android weather widget. It runs all the time unless you freeze it with Titanium Backup, but you have to be rooted to do that.
