I'm not sure what you're asking here. Are you saying text like in 7:20 am instead of a clock face? Beautiful Widgets does that. Now if you're saying you want it to say tewnty minutes after seven, no I don't know.

Not w/o using another app, widget locker, but I've had issues with WL causing really bad homescreen redraws and general instability. I haven't used it in a while, maybe its issues have been resolved.

Batt stat is a free app that shows your battery left in text (ie. 90=ninety).
