app for monitoring text messages and calls

I was talking to a Rep at a Verizon store MD he recommended a apparently that monitors how many text messages u have used who you call the most and so on. Does anyone know what apparently that could be?

I'm pretty sure he's talking about My Verizon, which you can find in the market.

I know that's not it. I would have remembered the name. This wlhad more detailed info about what your phone activities are. Anyone else?
