App for Automatic Switching?

When I got my Droid 1 many months ago there was alot of talk about an app that would automatically switch various settings as the phone moved into different environments. i.e., I think it would switch on & off bluetooth in the car, switch to a home wifi network, etc. For the life of me I can't remember it's name. Does any one know this or any other app that will do this.

I use Setting Profiles. There is also Locale but that one is expensive.

Tasker is the name of the app. But I have to tell you "ITS NOT A FREE APP and using it isn't a simple task" But if you know a little about programming, its a must have app and allows you to automate almost anything on your phone.
