apex

i just flashed liberty 1.5 on my phone and i love it .....but at the same time i have heard lots of good things about apex but which one apex 1.3 or apex 1.4 ....and how is that apex toolbox is it anything like liberty?

1.4 is the latest one. and the toolbox isnt an app but run through the terminal
