Is there a ApeX ROM for the DX that will work with the following specs:

System ver 4.5.602 MB810.Verizon.en.US

Baseband ver BP_C_01.09.13P

Kernal ver 2.6.32.9-g34b306d

Battery life for me on the RC3 build was good, about 16 hours for a full charge.
And no it is not AOSP. It just has some APPS that are AOSP but the ROM itself contains some Blur.
 
Apex is the best battery life, that I've ever tried. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I personally have gotten an average of 20 plus hours on shuji with moderate use, of course several tweaks as well

I have to agree, i do like a lot of the features of other roms, but so far battery and stability on apex RC4 on my DX has been great, it actually made it a little over 24 hours and recharged it at 15%.
