Aol Email Problem: Email not synching

When I delete messages off my AOL server they do not delete on the phone, but when I delete Emails off my phone they delete off the server.

With the original droid incredible I had both synced together and were mirror images of each other.

How do I fix this?

Noticed a similar glitch once with the Thunderbolt. Flat out failed to delete a message I'd read on computer 12 hours ago. My only suggestion would be to call Verizon, though I doubt they'll be of any real help.
