Anyone receive .181 software update yet?

I was just curious as I saw in another thread that it should be rolling out. Its on the Verizon website as coming soon with instructions on the download. Has anyone gotten it?

Not me, I'm still waiting. They always lag updates for phones like Motorola. I think its because of the UI. It's not stock android, so they tweak the update for the phone.

A verizon employee told me (you know how reliable they are) that updates usually start on Wednesdays or Fridays. So cross your fingers...but....don't (i repeat) don't hold your breath

A coworker of mine just got his Razr last week and he is by no means a soak tester (this is his first ever smartphone) is downloading the update as i type.

Currently, they are doing the soak test, and the update is supposed to only be for those who were asked to be a part of it. But when soak tests are done, the updates often go out to some random users who are not part of the soak test as well.

The soak test was only delayed. Everything else that was floating around (particularly that it had been canceled in favor of releasing ICS) were all rumors based entirely off of speculation.

My phone updated just a few hours ago. This might be a really awful, silly question, but my phone looks exactly the same, I thought that once this update came, my phone would look entirely different, or at least a lot of the things would change. Am I missing something?

its just a bug fix, no visual changes

I have not received anything yet. But according to Verizon's website the update is only a minor one. No ICS yet.
