anyone in california getting bad cell service

No. Im in So Cal. Sure am getting some nasty weather that ive never seen here in So Cal before..took this yesterday at the beach. Really?? A tornado in Southern California. Just crazy

Well, technically a waterspout.... But it IS a form of a tornado.

I saw a waterspout back in the mid 1990's when I was visiting San Diego around this time of year, during a nasty round of thunderstorms. Was pretty cool to see.
