ive heard that, and experienced the phantom vibrate, im sure from years and years of having it on vibrate at work etc.
never hear DROID though thank god. my gf would disagree. god does she hate my obsession with droid. i keep telling her, what do you want me to do? it does! i cant help but do
Lol it's interesting people should bring stuff like this up. I'm a pretty heavy texter and I have my SMS notification tone set to the robot transforming sound from Transformers and I always think I hear it when I'm listening to music or something. Just as well, I always feel like I can see the little green LED flashing out of the corner of my eye, then I look and nothing. This started to bother me as I was sure I was becoming obsessed with my Droid, but then I realized that it's probably just my Droid winking at me and trying to communicate without being too obvious.
The phantom vibrate syndrome still comes and goes from my last phone, but that's probably just muscle spasms from all the EXCITEMENT!
