If you have root... Then it's no big deal. Just install the flash apk and use Firefox or dolphin...

I may be mistaken... I don't even remember If you need root. Just check unknown sources in security, then install the flash apk and use an appropriate browser.

Think I just got it from dolphin and then enabled flash on dolphin. Think it's working now.
