Anyone ever use this Black Notification Mod before

Well he did say it might not work so maybe it's with his SBF that he's running with is Brazilian... so who knows..

i had this when i installed the 2.1 rom called PULSAR from android-hilfe only it was the HELIX version. came with the lovely black bar. but in no time i wanted it back to grey again
