It looks like it turns it into a whole new phone. I don't know if I can handle that much change, lol. It does look very sweet.

In general the few that tried it reported too much lag (as with the other 'advanced' replacements, e.g. SweeterHome). Sure some of that will improve in future builds but most of the people I saw were on rooted (i.e. OC'd devices), would probably really blow on a stock device.

Yep, the search function ignores anything under too short. Don't know what they have the threshold set to but I know 3 letter words/acronyms always get annoyed. Can be a real PIA sometimes.

Yeah it's one necessarily evil I guess you could call it of the forum. But damn I wish it had three letter capability. Can't search for a lot of the key terms that we use here like 2.1, TAT (now) and some other things that I forget atm but will come back to me when I am trying to search.
