I really like the LOMO effects in the second picture as shown in the following website(or just search Lomoster in android market), anyone can tell me how to realize it? thanks!!!

There are several camera apps in the market that will produce LOMO effects. Personally, I prefer Vignette.

I personally just use the stock camera to capture. Then no matter what you want to do with your photo the app PicSayPro is amazing. Tons of effects, setings, addons, and very customizable... great for picture messaging nice pics...
