Any1 can give me a step by step to custom boot animation

I am very fascinated by the custom boot animations i am seeing around, but i cannot understand how to get them on droid.

Can someone give me a step by step (as first step being downloading the file)? Would be very much appreciated! :motdroidhoriz: > :iphone:

how do i get to that?
