Any thoughts on how to get rid of the JB Upgrade Reminder?

While I participated in the soak test, decided to go back to ICS. Which I did this through step 1. of the DROID RAZOR HD Utility 1.10. Meanwhile, back in ICS, Motorola has the Upgrade Pop-up programmed into the phone. First, the delay was 1 hour, than 2, which now I have been at the 12 hour delay. Does anyone happen to know how to get rid of that annoying reminder or will it eventually go away- if so how long?

Are you rooted or do you plan to root?

Presently, I do not have root. Had some rooting issues relating to rebooting, which that is another topic and explore that later. But, at the present there is no root.

I'm not sure there is anything that can be done without root.
