Any text reader app that will pause or stop music?

Using a "LG Tones" stereo bt headset and I need to hear my text either alerted or spoken through the earbuds.

I have the official app from LG but it doesn't stop or pause the music... It just reads the text making it impossible to understand.

Any suggestions?
