Any OFFIVIEWER users out there..need help

I keep getting an error message when I try to open a document (sent as an attachment) and read it using Offiviewer. I have installed/uninstalled/reinstalled Offiviewer twice. Sooo, is it me, the phone or the program.

I am trying to download a self generated MS Office (Word) document that lists my and my families medical info so I can have it with me at all times. It isn't a big doc at all (29kb). I don't need to edit...just save it to the phone.

Any other ideas on how to do this are also welcome. :icon_ devil:

Doesn't work for me either trying to open PDF files from a variety of senders. Keep getting "an error occurred while reading this attachment".

Same basic message using OfficeQuick. Whats going on?
