Any had an issue with screen timeout setting?

I'm not sure what other application would be controlling this setting. I have to constantly change it from 15 seconds to 1 minute. Does any one else run into this issue?

No sir, I've never ran into this issue. And also, I've never heard of anyone else having this problem either. I really have no clue what could cause this, im sorry I cannot help with this problem...try some advanced searches maybe?

There are lots of others w/ same issue including myself and the wife. I have to change this setting back from 15 sec several times a day... I hope someone has a fix

Download Screebl. It will keep your screen from timing out specially when you're working with it. Great app.

I use Screen On, less involvement than screebl.

mototorch seems to mess up my screen timeout settings, I have to reset them after I use it or the screen will go black almost immediately.

Heck if you don't want to do the set up it works fine anyway. I have set "as is."

I didn't understand the "involvement" statement and everyone vouches for Screebl. Why take chances?

A few of us are also having this problem. For me it seems that every time I turn off the phone then back on, the screen timeout setting resets to 15 sec. This really bothers me because I have a spare battery/charger and swap it out when the first one dies, so I continually have to reset this. Hopefully they fix it in the next update

Its mototorch. If you have it set to "turn screen off" while having the LED light on, it'll reset your timeout screen everytime you use it. Just keep that in mind when your using it thats all and put your setting back right after. Unless your using your phone as a flashlight every 5 minutes its a minor annoyance thats easily dealt with.

I gotta agree with screeble...I have had it for weeks now and it is one of my favorite background apps. When you use the phone, it doesn't go into screen off mode and when you put it down, it will go to sleep. brilliant.

Hmm, I dont really use mototorch all that often, I dont think thats the problem for me. Just tested it and it didnt reset the setting after

Oh and I also have screeble and really like it. It solves most of this problem, but it still annoys me that this setting is resetting. There are times where I am not holding the phone and would like the screen to stay on for more than 15seconds
