Any cheek-dialers find a droid that is less susceptible?

I'm due for an upgrade. I understand that only some, long-haired people have this issue, and that it isn't a phone flaw per se, however, does anyone who had this issue with a D1 find a different droid that seems better?

I am debating D3 or waiting for Bionic hoping maybe different manufacturer will be configured slightly differently but enough to eliminate the cheek dial....

never had an issue with cheek dialing, the screen turns off as it should.

If anything I'm sure that technology got better, so anything should be an upgrade from your D1

Seems like Moto can't make a phone with a proper proximity sensor. I had this problem on 2 D1s and 2 D2s. YMMV
