answering on speaker phone?

For some reason all of a sudden whenever I get a call and answer it my phone is automatically on speakerphone. It's really annoying. I went through all the settings and never saw anything about speakerphone. Any suggestions?

Try flipping your phone upside down and see if it switches back to regular. maybe the sensors are backwards. If so, I'd do a factory reset to see if it restores and if not it would be hardware problem and I'd take it back to VZ for replacement or repair.

Had the same problem a simple reboot fixed that for me!

Yes, it happens to me sometomes and I just reboot and it is fine. It IS very annoying.
