Another WiFi Issue - Pandora

When I connect to my wifi at home the phone is crazy slow, the 3g is faster.... not sure why it flies on all my pc's, but when I disconnect and go back to 3g pandora wont work until I reboot my droid 2. Any ideas?

2 laptops are, the bigger issue is the necessity to reboot the phone after disconnecting from my network
