Another JB Failed Update, Need Safestrap help

Fails halfway through. When I reboot my phone, the safestrap boot thing shows up, so I know it's still on my phone since I can access it, but, there isn't a safestrap app on my list. So I can't go into the app list and uninstall Safestrap. How do I remove safestrap completely so I can update my phone?

If you have titanium backup you may want to check there. Other than that I'm not sure. Sorry.

You need to install the safestrap app from the market again. Open the app and tap on "uninstall safestrap" then uninstall the app via the market. The reason you can't see the app in your app drawer is because the app itself removes the icon once safestrap has been installed. Good luck!

I thought of that, but safestrap doesn't even show up in my market. It just says no results found.

Strange. Look around and see if you can find the apk file not on the market. I downloaded it here on droid forums.

Check in "My apps".
