I've been registered for invites since (can't remember) and yet to get one.
Bought an invite from ebay and still haven't been given invites from Google.

If you want one that bad, just buy it. Looks like there aren't as many on ebay as when I got mine. If they become scarce, the price will only go up. IMHO, it's worth it.

Google should have sold this service for a one time fee. I'm starting to wonder if they are going to continue support with what seems to be a current lack of invites. I did read they were focusing on supplying Voice to businesses but where's the invites for users\consumers?
