annoying voice notification on DROID RAZR to disable annoying voice announcement when you get a call or text select smart actions, select settings, select disable all smart actions. Done. I know this has been a huge issue with a lot of users, I actually spent 3 hours with a level 2 tech from Motorola and he couldn't figure it out. They were going to send me a new phone until I figured it out.
