Annoying Touiteur behavior after update

An update or two ago, Touiteur started doing some thing very strange. When I would get the new tweet notification, I'd open up the app. It would start refreshing (quickly) and I would scroll up and see the new tweet(s). Shortly after it would scroll back down to previous tweets. I'd scroll back up, see the same tweet(s) I had already seen, and then the behavior would repeat a couple of times. It never used to do this and it's pretty annoying.

Is anyone experiencing this? Anyone know what's causing it?

It's happenng to me too. My theory is that it snaps back to your last viewed point whenever it downloads your timeline, then replies, then direct messages. If you wait until it is done updating itself (the update messages no longer appear along the bottom) then it works fine.

same problem here.. just have to wait for it to update the timeline, then mentions, then direct messages, before scrolling up to read. i hope the developer can fix it, seems it just started with the last update.
