Annoying tips

will someone please tell me how to turn off tips? i have the flashing swype tip indicator off but thats not the issue First is the google search widget, ive had the phone a week, i KNOW i can call jhonny's pizza! stop telling me to try calling john smith! and the other annoying thing is the swype tip popup. what in the world is the point of letting me teach the phone words if youre going to tell me how to delete said word from the dictionary every time i use it?? please make it stop

I think there's a setting for turning that off. phone settings > keyboards > swype settings > ...something like that

all that did was stop the swype button light from flashing. it still pops up and interrupts me
