I just downloaded Animated Weather by MOBILITYFLOW ARTS, and I love this app. Easy to setup and very cool to watch the weather change according to the weather in your location.

Not the best reviewed weather app on Market. Weather bug will animate on demand. Animated apps tend to drain the battery so I minimize their activity.
