Why in the world would you want something like that? I think that HTC made such a phone, back in the early days, but I can't recall it's name off the top of my head. Resistive touch screens are a PITA to use, but if you really want one I wish you luck in finding it. Maybe, try eBay.

Pretty sure Android only supports capacitive screens.

People who can't use their hands, like the paralyzed, or people with prosthetics need resistive touchscreen.
