Android Updater for Galaxy S4

Hi Guys I am new in this forum, I want to know if there is any kind of software updater available, from which any android phone or specially Galaxy S4 can be updated to latest Android OS or Lollipop.

Yes and sort of no at the same time.

Yes there is Samsung Kies that you can update your phone with if an update is waiting for you. Some updates must be done through Samsung Kies. It is quite possible that you will have to use Kies on the PC to flash the update via USB cable.

The other alternative is to go find a known firmware for your phone, download it, and flash it using a PC application called Odin.

Odin also allows you to flash root files onto your phone which will then open the doorway to flashing custom roms made specifically for your phone.

Fortunately the S4 is on the list of phones expected to get Lollipop in an OTA upgrade. Patience may be the word of the day.

As Ollie and leeshor said, there's not really an app to update to lollipop or other software that hasn't been officially released yet. The s4 will have lollipop in time, but not yet.
