Android Update won't install

Okay, so this darn thing has been bugging me about an update like, forever. It's 3.4MB in size. It is downloaded and verified. But when it goes to install, it goes to that screen with the exclamation point.

I unrooted the phone (was rooted with z4), and it still won't go through, no matter what.
Any ideas?

I'm trying to install this update the thing keeps telling me is ready to install.

Updates won't install if you have something like SPRecovery which blocks installs or if you deleted one of the pre-installed apps.

Is there at least a way to make the stupid thing stop popping up a reminder?
