Android market crashes while downloading new apps from market

hey guys
whenever i try to download new app from market , market crashes.

i m using galaxy y gt s-5360
using google play

Try going to settings/apps/manage apps/all/Google play and wipe data. Then go back to the play store, sign in and try again.

did.
nothing changed
it still crashes

Hmm. Did it just start today? Try a reboot.

did everything
even restored phone , still same problem
can any 1 upload his files?
downloadprovider.apk
downloadproviderui.apk

Did you delete these files or disable them with an app? Not sure if my gnex files will be compatible.

i hv those file but they are curropted , i think.
plz help me out!

Download provider UI http://db.tt/wqADGlyR

Put them in /system/app and change permission to RW/R/R
