Android Market app installation error -18

I recently installed Sapphire V1.0.0 and everything went smoothly except for some problems I've recently been having with installing new apps, and updating some old ones. Large apps such as the Angry Birds beta.They download, but fail during installation with the error "-18 unknown error". Any help would be appreciated,

Did you wipe before installing Sapphire? And FYI 1.1.1 is the latest official release.

I know that there were some issues between Sapphire and the market. I would try to flash the latest Sapphire (1.1.1) and see if that helps.

See I'm have the same problem but I have lithum mod v1.0.12 is there a newer versiond of lithum mod that I have to download or what?

I was also having this problem, but this solution worked for me. (I could not see files on my phone's file explorer...I had to hook it up to the computer.)
