Android Access from Computer, "Only One Time Authentication Needed?"

I want to remotely access my Android, even if my Android device is not with me. For example.

securelink.com

deviceusername:
passcode: fignhtlm

Then it acts like TeamViewer and allows me to see what's going on on my Android, access apps, contacts and webcams, etc. No root required, but if you have an app just like that with root still suggest it.

But I don't want to "need" it to be with me, let's say I left it at my dad's house and I'm at school, or home. You don't need your device to access your own device. As long as it has data connection you can connect if you know info
