We have word that the HTC One Mini and its Butterfly S variant will soon be receiving the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean Update. The update should start rolling out OTA today. It will also include the newest 5.5 version of Sense. Of course, owners were hoping to see Android 4.4 KitKat, but it makes sense to get this one first. HTC has been working on this update for much longer. Luckily, the differences between the two operating systems aren't so vast that it should take too long to get it. We have no official confirmation of that, but will keep an eye on things and let you know accordingly.

The update comes in at a hefty 746.25 MB download, so you should probably grab it over Wi-Fi. This new version will be software version 2.21.708.1. Besides the obvious 4.3 changes, this update also includes to Video Highlights, BlinkFeed, the Music player, and Sense TV. Sound off in the thread when you start to receive your update.
