the phone was charging..the battery level moves back and forth indicating where the charge level is and showing you that your batter is in fact charging. Go charge your phone and ull see what im talking about.

If you look at the picture that he had just taken before taking the screen shot, it is a picture of an HTC incredible box.
Zoom in and look at it, then compare that picture to this one. Maybe other phones come in boxes like this, but I don't know.

Not sure why they wouldn't share, just give out the typical disclaimer about possibly bricking you phone. Unless, it's the only droid version and if released without approval that person is worried they would get in trouble since the breadcrumb trail would be very short and lead only to them.

That doesn't specify the Droid though. For all we know he could be referring to the Nexus one..
I don't believe the pics period being the official build: )
The about screen being left out just makes me even MORE skeptical.
In reality it's probably just a test build. Nothing official thats why the about screen is left out.
Just more meaningless pics to get the speculation flowing even more.

SMH. please look at the watermark.
It could very well be for the Droid. This is all in line with the information I've been getting. I'll be surprised if it starts today, but not shocked.
I would be almost certain that he is.

I think some of you have short memories or just don't know who I am. I have not the time for bull****ting you with pics. I have always given you what I am allowed to give to you. So enjoy the pics, this is not a port of the N1 build, that i promise you.
