Android 2.1 on Thursday at 12pm

So I'm sure everyone seen the news that Android 2.1 is coming this Thursday at 12pm, and includes everything but the app drawer and 5 screen.

So I get the app drawer don't work in landscape all to well, I understand that but why are we not getting more than 3 screens...I really need those extra panels. This is ridiculous.

So install HelixLauncher and be done with it...

At any rate, has anyone considered that maybe they only included three screens due to the ram limitation of the Droid?

Seriously, load up 5 screens full of widgets and shortcuts and watch a stock speed Droid slow to a crawl and become choppy.
