I accidentally bought a censored version of an album, is it possible to get a refund and redownload the explicit version?

Acording to the terms...after you download it you own it. How could they allow returns? That would certainly open the doors to black market musinc.

That said...Amazon is a business. Give them a call directly cuz it is going to have to be them that makes this decision...not a bunch of forum buddies. If you can show them it was an honest mistake...you're only trying to replace a similar item. It would really help if you could show them you are a repeat customer and this is the first time in a long history that you asked for a special favor.

Remember...they don't have to say yes and you don't have to get mad if they say no. Just the facts, mam!
