Am I obsessed with my phone?

I am in my living room in my recliner watching a movie on Directv.

I have 2 computers in the room and my tv with Directv receiver with every channel offered.

But I am watching the movie on the Directv app on my phone lol

My mom came in and was like WTF! She is now insisting I get help. I say, help with what? Lol

I don't watch movies/tv on my phone but I can definitely relate to having 2 laptops, a desktop computer, and a tablet all within maybe 20-30 feet of me, yet I am surfing on my phone more often than not.

I like the "immediacy" of my phone. I would need to go sit at the desk for the desktop pc, or go get the laptops/tablet. But my phone is always within my reach.
