Alt-lock not working

I don't know if this is a known issue, as I don't know where to look for those. But my alt-lock key isn't working and I was wondering if other people are having the same problem? Is there a fix? I'm on build 29

I believe the keyboard is based off of the droid 1 where there is no alt lock. Hit the alt button twice to get the ame functionality as alt lock
