I've got 205 myself, trying to figure out a system for getting the rest. Tough to lay them all out on a Droid -size screen!
I do think the red corners mean a thing can't combine further though.

You can find a majority of the combinations on pages 14 & 15 of this thread. Just keep following through the last page on the thread and you should find most of the rest. I'm @ 238/240 now.

Does anyone else find these updates frustrating? I know that I have tried combining some elements that produced no results before, but now, in the updates, they form a new element. However, in my mind I have already dismissed their possibility. ugh...:icon_evil:

Man, desert was fraking obvious. Can't believe I missed that. Got that, cactus and bear (another obvious one once I thought about it. Thanks.
