Alarm to open another APP?

Is there any way to set an alarm that triggers another app to start, I.E. have Pandora or last.fm start at 7am instead of using a ringtone as the alarm

AppAlarm Pro will do it for you. It's only 99 cents. You can have it run any application you want. It doesn't have a snooze function, so I just set a few alarms 10 minutes apart. Works pretty well. I have it launch Pandora.
