I'm running the build of 4.1.2 that was pushed OTA a few weeks ago. I have noticed that over time, the icon indicating a set alarm disappears. The alarm will still go off without issue, but the lock screen will not show that there is an alarm set and there is no alarm icon in the notification bar like there should be. This seems to happen at random and the icon will not come back on unless I manually turn the alarm off and on again.
Obviously this isn't a huge issue, but it is an inconvenience. Any ideas?
