After SBF Attempt, Phone Bootloops... Please help!

Followed a guide on SBFing (was running old GB leak), wanted to restore my phone in preparation for official GB. Followed steps, RSD Lite told me to reboot phone, phone bootlooped. Followed instructions, unplugged USB from phone, pulled battery, attempted to go into Recovery (power + home button) and I get a green Android with an exclamation point. Keeps happening everytime. Thinking about giving SBF another try, anyone else point me in the right direction? Thanks.

*Update* Found other instructions for recovery, held home button, pressed search button once. Worked into recovery. However, when I hit Wipe Data/Factory reset, says something about failure to write... will get exact message. Not working though.

*Msg is: E: Cant open/cache/recovery/command...

Oddly enough, before attempting the SBF... I let it sit in recovery for a few minutes, then tried factory reset again. It worked... whew. Didnt want to become another statistic Thanks for at least viewing the forum lol
