After latest update tether not working

Hey all. Newbe here. I have my droid x rooted. Everything has been working fine. Until this latest update a couple days ago. Since then. No wireless tether. I go to start it and it just shuts down. I tried reinstalling but nothing worked. Any help please.. anyone else have this prroblem?
