ADW EX or LaunchPro?

Hey I was sing ADW EX Launcher before i installed this ROM and just started using the one the ROM gave me cause its actually quite nice but if i were to use LP or ADW EX what do you think would be best with this ROM or what has been showing the most efficient?

If you were satisfied with the look and performance of adw ex, I would install and use it. It tends to one of the lowest resource using launchers available.

I dont run that ROM, however have tried several other ROMs and LP or ADW EX are both nose to nose for performance. It really boils down to a few features that each does a little differently and the user.
