Advise on opening vids

I frequent a few sites that use Vimeo videos which my Droid cant seem to run. The video pops up then a circle with line thru it appears. Is there a way to get the browser to run these vids.

Download skyfire browser from the market.

Thanks I tried that but it wouldn't even open the video. The regular browser loads it then just wont play.

Where can I get the flash player. The market doesn't have it and the internet tells me to down load the update???
