Download it from the store. Flash is being phased out, but if some of your frequented website are still flash you can try puffin browser. They have a free as well as a paid version.

If you Google adobe archive you can download it from the website. Scroll down the list of archives until you get to the ones for Android 4.0 and up. Download the top one should work.
