How do I get adobe 10.1?
Do I need to be rooted?
How do I get rooted without a computer?

I am not sure what Android Version the -SamFas- is operating on, but if it is still 2.1 then Flash is not going to be compatible - rooted or not - it works on Android 2.2 and above

The SF does indeed have 2.1. We must wait for Froyo before we can have flash goodness.
